Policies

Payments & Refunds:
Full payment must be made upfront. I don’t do split payments, installments, etc. The only forms of payment accepted is through and Zelle. Please DO NOT place any order through the website I will not receive any payment. The website is mainly used as a portfolio. 

All sales are final.

K Visionary Studio does not provide refunds for any given reason. If you have any issues with your design please let me know before final design has been sent out. I am more than happy to make adjustments to your liking. The goal is that YOU’RE 100% SATISFIED.

 

Revisions:

Please know revisions are minor modicications. For any service booked you’ll receive 2 free revisions, except for websites and booking sites. Because websites and booking sites are larger services you fee will be based on the revision/edit requested. If you wish to exceed the limit an additional fee will be added depending on the revision(s).

 

Turnaround Time:

The typical turnaround time is 5-7 business days for logos, card designs, flyers, banners, email campaigns, etc. If you’re booking a website or booking site the turnaround time can vary from 7-12 business days. If you need your order finished within a certain timeframe or before the given turnaround time make sure to choose that option when booking. Please know that once your design has been sent and you want to make revisions, the turnaround time will start over (ex: You booked a logo design and the draft designs were sent but you want to make revisions, the turnaround time will then start over again).

 

Rush Fee:

Please note if your original turnaround time is 5-7 business days and you're getting rush fee your new turnaround fee is 3-5 business days. If your original turnaround tike is 7-12 business days and you're getting rush fee your new turnaround fee is 5-7 business days. If you're looking for a fast turnaround time (ex: same day or 24-48hrs) please let me know ahead of booking. There will be an additional fee added on. 

 

Ghost Policy/Project Abandonment:
After any design information has been sent you will have up to 48 hours to respond. If you do not respond within 1-2 business days your project will be placed under project abandonment. To collect your project from project abandonment a $30 fee (per service) must be paid. If you go ghost for more than 1 week your order will be canceled. To reopen the project you will have to pay a fee of $50-$350 depending on how long your service(s) has been abandoned. I understand and I am aware that things happen that is why communication on both ends are important. To prevent this from happening make sure you're always communicating. 

 

Final Design:
All final designs excluding websites and booking sites will be sent via email in different files (PNG, PDF, and, JPG). If you need additional files please let me know in the email with the information for your design. After all final files have been sent you’ll have up to 30 days to retrieve your design again. After 30 days your design will be deleted. If you'd like to edit any finial design after the files have been sent there will be an additional fee.   

 

Quality Images:

Not every design needs images but if you’re providing images please make sure they’re 100% clear and top quality. If you can’t provide high quality images then you can pay a fee for stock images. The better the images, the better the design.

 

Communication: All communication will be done via email or Dm. Please allow 24-48 hours for a response time. If you would like to book for a phone consultation please book that service on the website and then message me regarding time.  

 

Design Information:
Your design information must be sent over within 24-48hrs of payment. If all your information isn't before starting the project that service or services will be placed under project abandonment due to not having information. There will be an additional fee depending on how long ti takes for the information to be sent. (ex: You book a logo and website, you don't send the information for the website over so then that service will be put into project abandonment). Sending late information also affects your turnaround time. To avoid any additional fee or late turnaround time make sure all information is together before payment is sent. 

 

Design Process:

Before booking you have to fill out the Client Inquiry Form. This form is mandatory before starting any project. If approved you may then book your branding service(s). After services are booked you'll receive an email within 24 hours with a detailed list of everything needed for your service. Information must be sent out within 24 hours of when the list is sent to you. 

 

Starting May 1st, 2024 each client MUST fill out the Client Inquiry Form.
